Mr. Gregg has more than a decade of experience in the corporate real
estate and project management arenas, including providing services in
corporate portfolio strategy, financial advisory services and transaction
implementation to clients in a wide variety of industries with global and
domestic real estate assets. His areas of expertise include aligning real
estate portfolios to support broader corporate objectives, monetizing
corporate real estate assets and transaction implementation dealing with
site selection, acquisition/disposition management, sale/leasebacks,
tailored transaction structuring, portfolio management, IRC §1031
tax-deferred exchanges, and facilities re-engineering and right-sizing.
Prior to founding the Phoenix office of CRESA Partners, Mr. Gregg served as
a vice president in the corporate real estate services practices of Colliers
International, specializing in the integration of corporate real estate,
corporate finance, and transaction implementation. During his tenure at
Colliers, the corporate services team served clients such as Cisco Systems,
Microsoft Corporation, Fluke Networks, Regus Business Centers and Lockheed
Martin Corporation.
